40 Positive Mantras To Think About

Life sometimes present difficult moments to test our resilience. Positive thinking and mantras help me navigate through these moments with inspired solace or solution. 

I derived my mantras from different sources such as movies, books, speakers, gurus, even television shows. Studies have shown that positive thinking can help with stress management and better health, two very important components that are needed to move through life with energy and enthusiasm.

Here are some mantras that I draw from time and again to help me tide through the tough and sometimes not so tough times…
