Asia’s Largest All-Women’s Run Is Back — #RunToLiveGreat
Asia’s largest all-women’s run, the Great Eastern Women’s Run 2015 is back this year to mark its 10th year of unifying women in health and life!
Last year, the run attracted over 15, 500 female runners and launched the #RunToLiveGreat programme which encourages non-runners to take that first step towards healthier and better living. This year, it aims to attract 17, 000 participants to join its 5km, 10km and 21.1km race.
And like last year, the #RunToLiveGreat programme will challenge 80 pairs of women to step forth and commit themselves to a healthier lifestyle by attending various training sessions, fringe activities and eventually complete a run of any race distance on race day.

Great Eastern aims to make the run accessible to female runners of all levels and from all walks of life. A series of dedicated pre-race fringe activities will be organised for the women to better prepare them for race day (read what’s new #3 later in the post).
The race will flag off on 1 November at Singapore Flyer and end off at The Float@Marina Bay. All participants can enjoy an array of activities with their families and friends at the race village upon completion of their race. The Great Eastern Women’s Run (GEWR) is commissioned by Great Eastern and organised by Infinitus Productions.
