Saltimbanco – The Circus In Town

The last times I saw was almost 10 years ago! The memory of that performance was so magical I can’t wait to introduce my kids to the fantasy world of Cirque Du Soleil.

Excitement! Artistry! Surrealism!

Those are the key words that describe the unique fusion of acrobatics and circus arts in a live theatrical experience. For those  of you who have not yet attended a Cirque du Soleil show, I don’t want to spoil your surprise, but do expect to be WOWed.

Between whirlwind and lull, prowess and poetry, Saltimbanco’s eclectic cast of characters will take you on an allegorical and acrobatic journey into a fanciful, dreamlike world, an imaginary city where diversity is a cause for hope.

Saltimbanco has its origins from the Italian language, “saltare in banco” which literally means “to jump on a bench”. It is a Cirque du Soleil signature show inspired by the urban fabric of the metropolis and its colorful inhabitants.

Saltimbanco is currently touring in Singapore from now till 5 August 2012 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium (2 Stadium Walk, Singapore 397691). Purchase your tickets from SISTIC.
