One of the coolest toys on the boys’ wish list this holiday season is the Hot Wheels Wall Tracks!
With a complete wall play system, the tracks are on the walls and there is no need to worry about where to store the tracks. Best of all, the tracks come with 3M command strips for damage-free hanging and keep Wall Tracks safe for walls.
When my son received his starter set for Hot Wheels Wall Tracks, his excitement was superseded only by his impatience to tear into the box to release the contents.
The Wall Tracks starter set is easy to set up and comes with a hanging template to help you get started. Although the box recommends “adult assembly”, my 7-year-old was quite capable of reading the instructions and setting up the brackets and tracks with minimum supervision from me.
All you need to provide him are some low-adhesive tape (blue tack works just as well to hold up the hanging template), and approximately 3 feet of open wall space. Then watch him assemble the pieces like a pro – it takes less than 20 minutes to put the entire set together – and witness the Hot Wheels cars as they navigate bends, accelerate, spin, and go 360-degrees on the wall.

We have used Hot Wheels before, but the Wall Tracks took it to an all NEW level. As it is conveniently hanging on the wall, the kids play with it more, and there’s no need for me to nag at them to clean up afterward (only the cars need to be returned to their box). With the fighting over clean-up eliminated, the Wall Tracks instantly became the favorite toy for both mom and son.
The starter set includes a Hot Wheel vehicle and offers exciting features like a diverter switch, bust-through wall, jump-through gates, and a steep drop to enhance your race. We added some tracks we had from other Hot Wheels sets and found they were compatible with the Wall Tracks.
