The much-awaited play about two of Britain’s most popular brother-sister duo, Charlie and Lola’s Best Bestest Play is coming to Singapore this June holiday!
From 31 May to 10 Jun 2012, watch the heart-warming story of this charming sibling pair brought to life by the magic of puppetry and music.
Based on the books written by Lauren Child, Charlie and Lola are siblings we’d all like our children to be. Now a hit television series and global phenomenon, (Charlie and Lola can be seen on CBeebies during the weekdays), the hit series has now been adapted into an ideal early theatre experience that can be enjoyed by children and adults alike.
Will Lola ever tidy her messy room? Will Charlie get Lola to sleep, even though she is not sleepy and will not go to bed?
The Tigers want their bedtime milk, the Dancing Dogs have borrowed Lola’s pyjamas – not to mention the Ogre in the wardrobe! Who’d have known there were so many things to overcome before the days end?
Catch everyone’s favourite brother and sister, Charlie and Lola, in their wonderful stage show at DBS Arts Centre – Home of SRT (Singapore Repertory Theatre) at the following show time:
